Steps of BVI company formation (Shelf or New company) :
- For Shelf BVI Company : choose names in Shelf BVI Company List (click here)
For New BVI company : decide on your preferred company names - Fill in the Online Application Form (click here) and return to us together with copy of identity card or passport and proof of residential address of all shareholder(s) and director(s).
