David Ng has over twenty two years audit experience, which includes experience with a Big 4 international accounting firm and gained extensive experience in accounting, audit and taxation. 

David obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a Fellow Certified Public Accountant of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), a Fellow Chartered Accountant of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and also a Fellow Member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. 

 

Ken Hui
Partner

Ken Hui has over twenty two years audit, taxation and accounting solid experience. Prior to joining Profit Accounting, Mr. Hui has been working ten years in a large accounting firm in Hong Kong where he gained extensive experience in accounting, audit and taxation. 

Ken holds his Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Hui is a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountant in Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of United Kingdom, a Fellow Certified Public Accountant in The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and also a Fellow Member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.

  

Anna Yeung
Senior Manager
CPA, ACA (England & Wales), BBA (Hons) in Accountancy

Anna Yeung holds her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from City University of Hong Kong. Subsequently, she passed all CPA professional examinations and obtained the qualification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and qualified as Chartered Accountant of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) 

After joining Profit Accounting, Anna gained 14 years of experience in accounting, auditing and taxation.

 

Connie Wong
Manager
CPA, ACA (England & Wales), Master of Accountancy, BBA (First Class Hons) in Professional Accounting

Connie Wong holds her Master of Accountancy in The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also holds First Class Honours of Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Accounting from Hong Kong Metropolitan University.

Subsequently, Connie passed all CPA professional examinations and obtained the qualification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and qualified as Chartered Accountant of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) 

After joining Profit Accounting, Connie gained 10 years of experience in accounting, auditing and taxation.

 

Charles Ng
Head of Company Secretarial Department
FCG, FCS, Master of Corporate Governance (with credit), BS in Accounting 

Charles Ng holds his Bachelor of Science (Accounting) from the Krannert School of Management of Purdue University and Master of Corporate Governance (with Credit) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Subsequently, Charles has qualified as Fellow member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI). Also, he has qualified as Fellow Chartered Secretary and Fellow Chartered Governance Professional of The Chartered Goverance Institute UK & Ireland. 

Charles has over 17 years of extensive experience in accounting, handling company secretarial, corporate compliance and entity maintenance for Hong Kong and offshore companies. Prior to joining Profit Accounting Co. Ltd., Mr. Ng has been working at several CPA firms in Hong Kong.

 

Durand Thomas Hart
Legal Consultant
Solicitor (England & Wales), MA, BA (Hons)

Durand Hart holds Bachelor of Arts with Honors and Master in Human Rights Law in the University of Essex of United Kingdom.

Subsequently, Durand completed the law conversion course - the Common Professional Examination (CPE) and qualified as solicitor in The Law Society of England and Wales.
