Mr. Ng has over nineteen years audit experience, which includes experience with a Big 4 accounting firm and gained extensive experience in audit, IPO projects, internal controls review and taxation. He worked in engagements of listed banks, Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) licensed corporations in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Mr. Ng obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a Fellow Certified Public Accountant of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), a Fellow Chartered Accountant of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and also a Fellow Member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. 

Ken Hui

Mr. Hui has over nineteen years audit, taxation and accounting solid experience. Prior to joining Profit Accounting, Mr. Hui has been working ten years in a large accounting firm in Hong Kong where he gained extensive experience in audit, IPO projects, internal controls review and taxation. He worked in engagements of listed companies, Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) licensed corporations in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Mr. Hui holds his Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Hui is a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountant in Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of United Kingdom, a Fellow Certified Public Accountant in The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and also a Fellow Member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.

Samuel Wong
Principal
CPA, CFA, FRM, LLM (CFL), BBA in Professional Accounting

Mr. Wong has over eighteen years of audit and valuation experience. He started his career in a Big 4 accounting firm and gained extensive experience in audit, IPO projects, internal controls review and taxation. He worked in engagements of listed banks, Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) licensed corporations in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Then he joined an international valuation consultancy firm and obtained valuation experience in financial instruments, financial risk management and business & intangible assets valuation for listed companies.

Mr. Wong obtained BBA in Professional Accounting from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology University. He is a Certified Public Accountant of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), a charter holder of Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and member of Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). Subsequently, Mr. Wong obtained Master of Laws in Corporate and Financial Law in The University of Hong Kong.

Anna Yeung
Manager
CPA, ACA, BBA (Hons) in Accountancy

Ms. Yeung holds her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from City University of Hong Kong. Subsequently, she passed all CPA professional examinations and obtained the qualification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and qualified as Chartered Accountant of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) 

After joining Profit Accounting, Ms. Yeung gained extensive experience in accounting, auditing and taxation.

Charles Ng

Mr. Ng holds his Bachelor of Science (Accounting) from the Krannert School of Management of Purdue University and Master of Corporate Governance (with Credit) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Subsequently, Mr. Ng has qualified as Fellow member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI). Also, he has qualified as Fellow Chartered Secretary and Fellow Chartered Governance Professional of The Chartered Goverance Institute UK & Ireland. 

Mr. Ng has over 15 years of extensive experience in accounting, handling company secretarial, corporate compliance and entity maintenance for Hong Kong and offshore companies. Prior to joining Profit Accounting, Mr. Ng has been working at several CPA firms in Hong Kong.

Durand Thomas Hart
Legal Consultant
Solicitor (England & Wales), MA, BA (Hons)

Mr. Hart holds Bachelor of Arts with Honors and Master in Human Rights Law in the University of Essex of United Kingdom.

Subsequently, Mr. Hart completed the law conversion course - the Common Professional Examination (CPE) and qualified as solicitor in The Law Society of England and Wales.
